Ventura Spirits will be our spirits sponsor AGAIN for the Slow Food Ventura County Fall Harvest Dinner! I can’t imagine a more gracious and visionary business to highlight through our Slow Food chapter. They create artisan spirits leaning on local ingredients, offering their unique terroir in every sip. They are working with The Land Institute to incorporate KERNZA a perennial grain into their spirits. KERNZA was developed to regenerate the soil across the planet (currently featured in Patagonia’s Long Root Beer). Thank you, Ventura Spirits!
